Simpawtico’s Basic Training Group Class is perfect for dogs who have either never taken a class before, or who need to brush up on rusty skills. Modern, innovative techniques move beyond simple lure-reward training and capitalize on several approaches. Conducted in an atmosphere of encouragement and guided practice, you’ll cultivate pride and peace of mind knowing how to develop your dog’s manners and skills.
This class will also help you develop a deeper bond with your dog, regardless of whether or not the dog has had training before. That makes the Basic Training Class perfect for newly adopted dogs of any age. This is a great way to help teach your new dog about yourself, your expectations, and your home.
This class is conducted on-leash. All breeds and ages are welcome!

Need to know:
This is a group class for dogs 19 weeks of age and older at the start date of class.
This class is for friendly adolescent and adult dogs. Overly disruptive, reactive, or aggressive dogs will need private training instead.
Fee is $160 including sales tax.
Class fee includes six consecutive weekly sessions, the “Beginning Manners & Obedience Manual” eBook, and weekly email notes with video lessons.
Each session is approximately 50 minutes and will meet on the same day and time each week unless a break is mentioned. A minimum of 3 dogs is required to run a class.
Classes are held at our training studio at 62 Main St, Big Flats, New York.
